Zazel

Zazel was “red girl” from the Circus litter. She was named after the first person to become a 'human cannonball' in a circus act...Rossa Matilda Richter, stage name of Zazel. She's a super fun, sweet, spunky girl who is always up for a good time! Zazel is super well socialized and well travelled and has never met a stranger. She thinks everyone she meets is her new best friend.  She loves to nibble on you (like corn on the cob) to get your attention and then offers up her ' smile' (looks like a snarl) once she has your full attention to get some pets.   Unphased by noises, weird surfaces, or any type of strange situation - she is  very brave and fearless.

She is full of personality and loves to take charge in new situations. She's a higher energy girl who loves water and loves to swim. Her parents were both excellent swimmers as well so she comes by the swimming genes honestly.  She finished her conformation championship quickly in only two weeks of showing with four majors that included two best of breed wins from the classes over a special.

We woke up the morning of April 12th to Zazel bloating and already very distended. She was rushed to the emergency vet but unfortunately passed away on the way there. Bloat can move so quickly and this was one of those tragic times where we could not get her help in time.
