Wally

Wally is from our 'Indiana Jones' litter and was the 'brown/bones' puppy. He lives with and is co-owned with Angie in Kentucky.

Wally was Winner's Dog at the 2014 GSMDCA National Specialty in Pennsylvania...talk about the thrill of a lifetime, what an amazing win! He won this HUGE 5 point major at the National from the 12 - 18 month class and this was his first time ever out showing!!
Second time he went to a show was the Lakeshore Regional Specialty in Chicago, IL in June 2015 and he won Winner's Dog, Best of Winners, Best Bred By, and BEST OF BREED Owner Handled (from the classes) for a 2nd 5 point major at the morning Specialty show. Wally also attended the GSMDCA National in CO in 2015 and earned 'Best Bred By Exhibitor' at the Nataional.

At the MAGS specialty in December 2015 (only his fourth weekend ever being shown), Wally wrapped up his Championship with a 4 point Best of Winners win on Friday. He then competed as a special over the rest of the weekend for the first time - on Saturday he made the cut in a VERY competitive group of specials and then on Sunday took Best of Opposite over all the other male specials at the show! He stayed with us for several months in 2016-2017 and quickly earned his GCH and several working titles!!
Wally is a very outgoing, happy dog who loves people (especially kids) and other dogs. He is very goofy and loves swimming, running, and playing ball...he has an all around stellar temperament.

Wally was put to sleep on April 19th 2022 - he got very sick about a week prior and went downhill very quickly - the assumption is cancer of some sort.
